Healing is a disentanglement from the idea of irreparable pain and requires a willingness to embrace \u201cnot knowing.\u201d In other words, redefining healing means letting go of seeking finiteness and, rather, demands orienting ourselves in the experience of the moment as a state of learning and openness to the somatic unconscious. To heal, our body must move and experience stillness as we breathe air in and out, and for our expanded Self to cultivate a somatic imaginative alliance with what surrounds us and others.<\/p>\n
In this experiential presentation, we will explore the relationship between our permeable boundaries, body consciousness, and creativity. We will discover how the body can be seen not as a territory sealed by a thick skin contour but as a liminal symbolic space with the potential to unlock stuck energy to nourish intuition, creative expression, and collective soul-making.<\/p>\n
