in 1913, Carl Jung wrote in The Red Book<\/i> that he had lost his soul. This was the beginning of his self-discovery journey using a very specific way of interacting with his own soul and dreams. He called this method Active Imagination<\/i>. Over a century later, we can ask ourselves, \u201chow is our relationship to our soul?\u201d Might we go, just like Jung, on a journey to rekindle our relationship with our soul?<\/p>\n
In this course, we will learn how Jung developed the practice of active imagination, and later in his life, found its parallel in the procedures of alchemy. We will listen to how Plato, Ibn\u2019 Arabi, Meister Eckhart, and Henry Corbin engaged with the world of soul and imagination.<\/p>\n
The course will take us on our journey as we call to our soul and enter the imaginal world. We will practice the method of active imagination through creative exercises of journaling, dialoguing, and drawing.<\/p>\n
