Carl Jung was emphatic in his belief that human beings\u2019 purpose in life is to create more consciousness, i.e. to become more self-aware, more clued in to the cast of characters living in our \u201cinner city.\u201d This 8-month workshop provides over a dozen exercises that help participants to map out their \u201cinner city\u201d and become acquainted with some of the energies living in it, e.g. the shadow, the anima\/animus, the parental imagoes, the Self. A wealth of short readings offer additional food for thought, but the primary focus of the workshop is experiential: hands-on activities that require participation, both in our Zoom session and also outside our course meeting time. Potential participants should be aware of this necessary time commitment when considering whether to sign up for the workshop. Registration limited to 15 participants.<\/p>\n
