How does happiness compare to the other claims that life makes of us? If the purpose of life is not happiness, what is?<\/div>\r\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/div>\r\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u00a0James Hollis, PhD, is a Jungian analyst trained in Zurich and practicing clinically in Washington DC. He is the author of 19 books that have been translated into 20 languages. An internationally acclaimed analyst, he is former Executive Director of the Jung Educational Center in Houston, Professor of Jungian Studies at Saybrook University, and Vice President Emeritus of the Philemon Foundation.
