In Authentic Movement we are moved from within rather than from the intentional mind. From this place, which Jung called the\u00a0psychoid<\/em>, we can experience body, mind and soul as one. Authentic Movement can be seen as a form of Active Imagination that allows movement to bring forth experiences of archetypal aspects of the self.<\/p>\n

This workshop will have both theoretical and experiential components. We will discuss the relationship between trauma states and awareness states. Participants will be invited to enter a relaxed, non-thinking state that will support transpersonal experiences and deeper states of non-dual awareness.<\/p>\n

We will begin with a short guided meditation and then practice Authentic Movement. Afterward, each participant will express the experience in a drawing. Finally, participants will be invited to speak about their experiences.<\/p>\n

This process of opening to the not knowing and to the unknown fosters clarity of body, heart and Self wisdom, and it offers new ways of being seen and of seeing oneself.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
