Integrating principles from somatic psychology, depth psychology, and expressive arts modalities, this workshop is intended as an introduction to some of the ways in which somatic and visual modalities can facilitate access to implicit processes that may not be easily verbalized. Through direct experience and reflective writing, participants will have the opportunity to learn how somatic and visual modalities can serve as tools for giving form to inner experience through symbolic expression.
