Change is the essence of life; transformation is the aim of our souls. Although chaos in the outside world creates stress and anxiety inside us, our souls naturally see periods of upheaval as the exact time for us to grow from within.<\/p>\n

Each soul has something unique to offer and each can express a part of the truth. In order to be part of transforming our culture, we have to find the ground on which our souls would have us stand. For some that means literally standing up and speaking out for truth and justice. It can also mean finding places of refuge for ourselves and others or making music and art that helps heal our broken hearts as well as our shattered institutions.<\/p>\n

The hidden gift in a period of crisis is the potential for a psychological breakthrough that leads to greater sense of imagination and a deeper sense of unity. Ultimately, what stands against \u201cman\u2019s inhumanity to man\u201d is the awakened individual soul. If we do not abandon ourselves, we do not abandon the world. For, what changes the soul also helps change the world.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
