No prior knowledge of AI is required. This event is open to all who are curious about one of the defining challenges of our time.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What is the scale of what is happening, and what is the spirit of the times?<\/li>\n<li>What archetypal and imaginal resources does analytical psychology offer to grapple with this phenomenon?<\/li>\n<li>How might we personally, clinically, and ethically navigate our relationship with AI?<\/li>\n<li>What next? Where do we want to go as a community in light of this moment?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What to expect:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Over the course of this half-day online event, you will hear four short presentations \u2014 each around 30 minutes, followed by open discussion \u2014 exploring AI through the lens of analytical psychology. Presentations will cover: an accessible account of what AI is and how rapidly it is developing; an astrological and cultural reading of this epochal moment; and two explorations of archetypal and imaginal resources, drawing on the myths of the \u2018other\u2019 and on Jung\u2019s own encounters with non-human intelligences in the Red and Black Books.
