Dreams often speak through images, sensations, moods, and symbols before they can be understood intellectually. In this seminar, we will explore how dreams are not only messages from the unconscious, but also as living experiences that may be felt and listened to through the body.<\/p>\n

We will consider how dream images can carry emotional, symbolic, and somatic charge. A somatic approach can offer another way into dream material, especially when a dream resists ordinary interpretation, harnessing the body as a direct portal to the psychoid unconscious. Through sensation, movement, felt sense, drawing, and imagination, participants will be introduced to somatic amplification and embodied active imagination as ways of entering the dream more deeply.<\/p>\n

Please bring<\/strong><\/em> a personal dream to work with, along with something to draw with and multiple pieces of paper. Participants will have the opportunity to explore dream material through guided reflection and optional paired exercises in a respectful and contained setting.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
