The evolution of a myth adds to its wholeness filling in archetypal patterns.<\/strong> Not doing so can lead to stagnation by not opening space for the growth of new aspects of personality and culture. Denial and denigrating aspects of one\u2019s personality leads to a pandemic of anxiety.<\/p>\n

Looking at the evolution of the Circe myth through a Jungian lens<\/strong> as an archetypal individuation journey provides hope and a path for our culture in finding a more natural egalitarian balance of masculine and feminine energy in a direction of wholeness.<\/p>\n

  • Describe how the myth of Circe has evolved over the eons<\/strong> and what that might mean for an individual\u2019s journey toward wholeness.<\/li>\n
  • Utilize the myth of Circe to identify projections and complexes <\/strong>that might trigger anger and frustration.<\/li>\n
