Tonight, the\u00a0<em>Jung Society of Washington<\/em>\u00a0invites you to\u00a0an intimate evening of poems and individuation. Tomorrow explores the proto-depth psychology of the desert monastics. Tuesday, the\u00a0<em>Association of Jungian Analysts<\/em>\u00a0turns to Jung&#8217;s map of the soul as a continuation of the ancient Christian tradition of interiority. And across two sessions,\u00a0<em>Pacifica Graduate Institute<\/em>\u00a0invites researchers to listen to the soul of their own research process.<\/p>\n<p>This week we feature two new titles. Wolfgang Giegerich&#8217;s latest\u00a0<span class=\"ml-rte-link-wrapper\"><a href=\"https:\/\/jungian.directory\/fcxfougk\/books\/the-airtight-construction-of-a-neurosis-the-logic-of-modernity-and-the-mother-of-psychology-on-marco-heleno-barretos-analysis-of-giegerichs-psychology-as-the-discipline-of-interio\/\"><em>The Airtight Construction of a Neurosis, the Logic of Modernity, and the Mother of Psychology<\/em><\/a><\/span>\u00a0is out now from Dusk Owl Books. And Murray Stein&#8217;s\u00a0<span class=\"ml-rte-link-wrapper\"><a href=\"https:\/\/jungian.directory\/fcxfougk\/books\/jungs-map-of-the-soul-deeper-explorations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Jung&#8217;s Map of the Soul: Deeper Explorations<\/em><\/a><\/span>, will be released on May 18 from Chiron Publications.<\/p>\n<p>We feature two upcoming conferences.\u00a0<em>Synchronicity and Intuition<\/em>\u00a0has a call for papers deadline of May 3, so if you have something to submit, don&#8217;t delay. Tickets are now on sale for the 7th Analysis and Activism Conference this October.<\/p>\n<p>Two courses are open for enrolment.\u00a0<em>CAJS<\/em>\u00a0launches a twelve-week online course on Albedo starting in\u00a0May. From July,\u00a0<em>Jung Archademy<\/em>\u00a0revisits the mysterious phenomenon of crop circles through an archetypal and Jungian lens.<\/p>\n<p>At the very bottom of this email you will find this\u00a0week&#8217;s YouTube selection. First, psychoanalyst Giuseppe Craparo explores the concept of psychopathy . Next, Professor Christian R\u00f6sler proposes a reformulation of Jungian archetype theory to\u00a0<em>Psychosocial Wednesdays<\/em>.
