China Society for Sandplay Therapy (CSST) complies with local laws and is a nonprofit organization. In compliance with the spirit of the International Society for Sandplay Therapy (ISST), the Society aims to promote the application of Sandplay Therapy in mental health, education and practice, and offers its members an international network and an arena for presentations, research, exchange and discussion in congresses hosted by ISST, the International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP) and CSST.<\/p>\n
Our mission is:<\/p>\n
I. \u00a0 to carry on the spirit of Sandplay Therapy developed by Dora Kalff and Jungian psychology, offering professional practice and service for the benefit of human welfare.<\/p>\n
II. \u00a0 to train, uphold, and promote the practice and development of Sandplay Therapy in accordance with the standards and missions of the ISST.<\/p>\n
III. \u00a0 to promote and disseminate concepts of Sandplay therapy to the public,to train indigenous Sandplay therapists, to provide opportunities and means for Sandplaytherapists, to comply with and maintain the standards and ethics set by the ISST.<\/p>\n
IV. \u00a0 to host Chinese journal of Sandplay Therapy, uphold and encourage the scientific research of Sandplay Therapy, offer publishing support and opportunities of international communication for CSST therapists.<\/p>\n
V. \u00a0 to become active members of the ISST, make contributions to the development of the ISST.<\/p>\n
