Thresholds to Reuniting Two Worlds

To reap an ethical life ripe with the beauty of belonging, we must recover the unity predating Western dualism. A worldview that separated materiality and soul is the pressing shadow issue of our time. We are fractured and reduced by the disenchantment of the soul and natural world. Nevertheless, entries exist to find our way back to broader perspectives and enriched lived experiences.

In this talk, we reclaim the primal and numinous portals which restore, reunite and heal our bodies, psyches, and society. Thresholds exist in dream states, mystical revelation, nature, and the collective unconscious. We will explore entrance ways that guide us to a reunited world of form and soul, diversity within unity, and eminence melded with transcendence. I will share, with permission, relevant teachings of the matriarchal Coast Salish native elders. which are particularly attuned to interbeing, archetypes, embodied wholeness, and the soul’s realms. We can find our way home, and in so doing, we may begin to revive our shared home – earth.
