The Jungian.Directory presents a virtual book launch for Mark Winborn’s Jungian Psychoanalysis: A Contemporary Introduction, moderated by Jungian.Directory Editor – Stephen Garratt, with special guest Aner Govrin – psychoanalyst and editor of the Routledge series Introductions to Contemporary Psychoanalysis. The new book will be released by Routledge on August 31, 2023, as part of the Contemporary Introductions to Psychoanalysis Series. As with other volumes in the series, this volume is not an introduction to Jung for the general public. It provides a succinct introduction to Jung’s main ideas but also outlines the debates and critiques of Jung’s theoretical framework across the decades.
