Shame

"I am ashamed": An emotional weight that crushes my body, destroys my sense of identity, blocks my relationships. Becomes difficult to exist.

Jung says that shame is an emotion that devours our soul.

Clinical writings are rarely found in psychoanalytic literature, yet it is more than necessary to draw our attention to this emotion which inhabits the experience of man and can limit his freedom.
