Overview

In our intensive, we will follow Jung on a journey into the depths of our soul. But Jung himself insisted that there is no need to imitate him, that one can only go one’s own way. Therefore, we will not imitate Jung, we will explore our psyche. And unlike him, we will combine Western and Eastern methods of self-knowledge. It is symbolic that our retreat will take place in a place where many teachers of Vipassana, Buddhism, Dzogchen and Yoga have come and continue to come.

The active imagination method will be at the center of our work . We will supplement it with Tibetan yoga, meditation, dream analysis, psychodrama and various exercises. In addition to traveling and gaining experience, its reflection is important . Therefore, we will begin to write our color books, choosing words and pictures to express this experience.
