In this third seminar of the series, Diane Zervas Hirst presents the visual images Jung created spanning the “Incantations” through the “Phanes Mandalas” in Liber Secundus of The Red Book. Following the “Incantations” paintings, Jung’s images no longer correspond directly to the accompanying text in the calligraphic edition of The Red Book; instead, they reflect and illustrate core concepts of analytical psychology that Jung was developing between 1917 and 1918.
