In an attempt to answer the hypotheses raised, this research reveals how the manifestation of Anima proved to be negative and destructive on the personal and relational level of Beethoven's life and, paradoxically, luminous and transcendent in his artistic expression. Ultimately, this study brings a reflection on the role of the Anima / Animus archetypes in the individuation process, as well as the need to refine them to better understand the issues emerging today.
