Dr. Coady-Leeper is particularly interested in the relational aspects of analysis that are powerful in the way change occurs. She used the fairy tale of Prince Lindworm in her thesis to examine key moments in personality development, in the expression of highly charged emotion, particularly hatred, and in the therapeutic process that expose and metabolize strong defenses that hide vulnerability. She enjoys examining the intersect between alchemical imagery/archetypal theory and attachment theory and the neuroscience associated with relational therapy. Mary is the current Seminar Coordinator for BAJA’s Jung Seminar.
