Robert Segal, editor of The Gnostic Jung, explores Jung’s interest in Gnosticism, his interpretation of Gnosticism as the ancient counterpart to analytical psychology, his possible misinterpretation of the psychological meaning of Gnosticism, and the common characterization of Jung himself as a Gnostic.
