Is it possible to talk about the importance of emotions and feelings in the Jungian clinic saturated with trivialized affects? The seminar intends to work from James Hillman’s reinterpretation of the notions of “feeling” and “emotion” in C.G.Jung’s text in order to problematize (rescue?) the value of these concepts within the practice of contemporary Jungian clinic. Text that will be used: “Jung ‘s contributions to feelings and emotions”, “Your emotions are not yours”.
