Come deepen your experience of meaning. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a “personality inventory” designed to measure psychological preferences in how people perceive the world and make decisions. These preferences have their basis in C.G. Jung’s type theory. To benefit from personality type assessment, one must also understand the dynamics and development of the eight Jungian personality functions. Through experiential activities, participants will learn to use the MBTI as a catalyst for personal growth and development.
