Jungian analysis is a way of working with psyche. As an explorative non- judgemental approach it is based on the concept of a balance between conscious and unconscious aspects. Analysts work with unconscious images such as dreams, or images. The unconscious communicates in image. The goal is greater synthesis, self awareness, and therefore an expansion of the personality. This is called individuation by C.G.Jung.
