My particular interests are the Christian contemplative tradition, Carmelite spirituality, contemplative prayer, alongside Jungian depth psychology. I can offer a focus, in spiritual direction, on the writings, guidance and wisdom from St Teresa of Avila and St John of the Cross, where appropriate. I facilitate a retreat programme in North London.
