2023, le sacré à l’aune du sacrifice…
Résumé : Le sacrifice de l’idéal du héros pour que le Soi advienne.
Thème : La fin d’année 1913 correspond pour Carl Gustav Jung au début de sa confrontation avec l’inconscient. Parmi les multiples songes qu’il eut en cette période, le rêve de la mort de Sigfried — le héros — provoqua d’importants retentissements psychologiques en lui.
Nous verrons, à l’aune de l’expérience intime de Jung et de la vision du héros développée par Joseph Campbell, « pourquoi » et « comment » le sacrifice de l’idéal du héros est nécessaire afin de permettre un rapprochement avec le Soi.
La conférence sera suivie, le matin, d’un atelier créatif autour du voyage du héros et, l’après-midi, d’un atelier d’initiation à l’art de l’enluminure en relation avec les images archétypales du Soi .

Intervenant : Matthieu Mares est psychothérapeute, art-thérapeute et président de Marie-Louise von Franz & Carl Gustav Jung. Jean-Luc Leguay, sous le nom d’Héraclius, est l’un des derniers maîtres enlumineurs de renommée internationale. Initié pendant dix ans à cette science sacrée par un moine franciscain ermite d’origine italienne, il est devenu, depuis la mort de son maître, le détenteur d’un savoir initiatique de l’école italienne et le premier laïc de cette tradition remontant au VIIIème siècle.

Summary: The sacrifice of the ideal of the hero so that the Self comes about.
Theme: The end of 1913 corresponds for Carl Gustav Jung to the beginning of his confrontation with the unconscious. Among the many dreams he had during this period, the dream of the death of Sigfried—the hero—caused significant psychological repercussions in him.
We will see, in the light of the intimate experience of Jung and the vision of the hero developed by Joseph Campbell, “why” and “how” the sacrifice of the ideal of the hero is necessary in order to allow a rapprochement with the Self. .
The conference will be followed, in the morning, by a creative workshop around the hero’s journey and, in the afternoon, by an initiation workshop in the art of illumination in relation to the archetypal images of the Self.

Jean-Luc Leguay, under the name of Heraclius, is one of the last internationally renowned master illuminators.
