The mandala or « drawing centered » is known in all civilizations, among others in Buddhist and Hindu traditions. The rosettes of our cathedrals are also mandalas.
The mandala is also used as a projective tool for self-discovery: the meeting of the inner world is facilitated and amplified by the structure of the mandala and the creativity that’il arouses, each time revealing unsuspected information and perspectives. The mandala therefore offers the expressions of the unconscious’ a support that organizes them and puts them in tension.
Thus, each· participant will be invited to express his own experience of the four works of’alchemy (black, white, yellow and red), in connection with his personal and intimate journey of the’individuation Process, in a modified state of consciousness induced by relaxation. It is not necessary to know how to draw to participate in the’atelier.
