Religion, Mental Health, and Meaning: Jung, Teilhard de Chardin, and the Relational Whole

In this thought-provoking full day conference, Sister Ilia Delio explores the vision of God, humanity, and creation presented in her book The Not-Yet God: Carl Jung, Teilhard de Chardin, and the Relational Whole. Drawing on the insights of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin and Carl Jung, Delio invites us to reconsider traditional understandings of God in light of evolution, quantum physics, consciousness, and our increasingly interconnected world. She introduces the idea of relational holism, suggesting that reality is not a collection of separate parts but an unfolding whole in which humanity, creation, and the divine are deeply interconnected.

Explore the potential rewards and responsibilities we each have to the entangled and expanding evolution toward relational wholeness with the author of The Not Yet God, Sister Ilia Delio and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Spiritual Director, Rev Dr Bill Kerley.
