Toni Wolff wrote her essay about the structural forms of the Feminine Psyche in 1938, when she identified four main archetypes that she named as “Medial, Amazon, Mother and Heraira”. Now, a ground-breaking research tool developed by Tracey Rankin has statistically validated the continued existence of these same four archetypes, in modern guise.
Tracey will give a fascinating account of how each form continues to manifest itself as a particular way of being. We will also see how modern women are ably expressing themselves through a combination of archetypes, some of which oppose Toni’s original hypotheses, about these existing as pairs of opposites.
