This experiential workshop will utilize painting as a means of helping participants explore the psychological experience of loneliness through a process of creating a series of images that amplify and represent their personal response to this theme. This symbolic representation of unconscious material is designed to help participants become more aware of their own material at both personal and archetypal levels. For mental health professionals, this process can be invaluable in training oneself to guide patients in their own journey of working directly with unconscious material as described by Jung.
