Cadernos Junguianos is the annual journal of da Associação Junguiana do Brasil. It is published free online in PDF format, and the entire issue is published in English as well as Portuguese
The 18th issue features papers presented at the 27th Congress of AJB held in Salvador, Bahia this year. André Dantas navigates the shift from Christianity to the age of artificial intelligence in Crossing the 21st Century, reflecting on the profound societal changes brought by the information era. Luís Paulo Brabo Lopes examines Jung’s Gnostic influences in Jung’s Gnosis in the Context of the Transition of the Eons” emphasizing active imagination’s role in consciousness expansion. Markus A. Hediger offers poetic reflections on the unconscious, while Rubens Bragarnich and Silvio L. Peres explore the interplay of economics and psychology through the lens of Eugen Böhler and Jung.
Pamela Cristina Salles da Silva addresses cultural complexes tied to Brazil’s colonial legacy in C.G. Jung’s Psychology and Cultural Roots, and Gustavo Pessoa critiques heteropatriarchal structures in Masculinities and Heteropatriarchy. Fabiana Teixeira Pithon and Patrícia Helena Duarte da Matta tackle pressing clinical issues related to abuse, trauma, and cultural conditioning in women. Walter Boechat reflects on humanity’s existential challenges in Contemporary Crossings, while Gustavo Barcellos, Iago Lôbo, and Ana Luísa Teixeira Menezes delve into mythological, psychedelic, and indigenous dimensions of analytical psychology.
