Featured Events: The next several days offer a unique sequence of explorations into the seen and unseen dimensions of human experience. Tonight the C.G. Jung Society, Seattle dives into the “acoustic imaginal” to hear what cannot yet be seen in our fractured world. Tomorrow SEPA revisits the archetypal “Myth of Hysteria” and the historical “wandering womb” through the work of Neil Micklem. On Sunday the C.G. Jung Institute of Los Angeles hosts an in-person workshop on somatic movement and image-making. Finally, on Thursday the BPF marks the fourth anniversary of the invasion of Ukraine with a poignant reflection on the individual.
New Books: Longing for Rain: Jewish Sources for Jungian Reading was published in January, and Embodied Play Therapy: Healing and Building Identity with Children will be released later this year.
Conferences: The LABRC invites scholars and creatives to submit papers by 22 February for a conference exploring feminine expression across all artistic disciplines and historical epochs. Meanwhile, the IAAP Copenhagen gathering is open for registration with early-bird pricing.
Courses: Jung Archademy invites participants into a deep exploration of “non-doing” through the lens of the Tao. Pacifica Graduate Institute addresses the most contemporary of challenges: the psychological presence of Artificial Intelligence.
