A clinical case of Atypical Anorexia, according to Hilde Bruch's classification, with strong depressive components. The monograph seeks to show the analytical process through the patient's discourse, main dreams and drawings, emphasizing transference and countertransference in the therapeutic relationship. The patient, after six years of analysis, was able to establish a sufficient therapeutic bond to elaborate her identity and self-esteem, making the years of anorexia an episode in her process of individuation.
