Antonio Karim Lanfranchi est un médecin cardiologue et analyste diplômé à l’institut CG Jung, membre de l’IAAP, d’origine Italo Égyptienne. Auteur d’un livre publié par Routledge, « Modern Myths and Medical Consumerism. The Asclepius Complex », et de plusieurs articles et chapitres de livres.
Il a vécu en première ligne comme médecin le début européen de l’épidémie de Covid-19 dans l’hôpital universitaire de référence pour les maladies infectieuses de l’Italie du Nord. Il s’est ensuite déplacé professionnellement en France, à Lyon, où il a contribué à la prise en charge de patients Covid dès la deuxième vague.
Il vous parlera de l’impact intérieur de la pandémie, notamment de la rencontre avec la mortalité et ses dénis, de la crise de confiance collective face au vide épistémologique qui caractérise notre époque.

Antonio Karim Lanfranchi is a cardiologist and graduate analyst at the CG Jung Institute, member of IAAP, of Italian Egyptian origin. Author of a book published by Routledge, "Modern Myths and Medical Consumerism. The Asclepius Complex ”, and several articles and book chapters.
He lived as a doctor on the front lines of the European start of the Covid-19 epidemic at the referral university hospital for infectious diseases in northern Italy. He then moved professionally to France, to Lyon, where he contributed to the care of Covid patients from the second wave.
He will talk to you about the internal impact of the pandemic, in particular the encounter with mortality and its denials, the crisis of collective confidence in the face of the epistemological vacuum that characterizes our time.
