Based on the book “The Inner Work of Age: From Role to Soul” by Connie Zweig
We learned from the recent Boulder Friends of Jung book discussion that the transition to Elderhood can be a lonely, confusing, and sometimes depressing experience. This stage of adult development has been largely ignored in our culture, so our “inner ageist” reminds us to stay “young and driven.” If you would like to continue the discussion of this life transition, including the three portals: Shadow Awareness (Portal to Depth); Pure Awareness, (Portal to Silent Vastness); and Mortality Awareness (Portal to Presence), BFJ is offering a 4-week discussion group.
