Revision to program: Due to “Godi” Isler’s current health status, he will not be able to join us in person. As result, he requests that we show a video of his talk, followed by a panel discussion with a small group of Jungian analysts who know Godi and are familiar with his life and approach to inner work.
In June 2021 the Korean Society for Analytical Psychology held a conference to commemorate the 60th anniversary of C.G. Jung’s death. For that conference, Dr. Isler, who is in his 90s, gave a short talk of about thirty minutes on what he considers, after a lifetime of Jungian thought, to be “the most important aspect of Jungian psychology,” and he has agreed to present this important and profound talk, “To Trust in Your Own Roots,” to us. We will have a discussion period with Dr. Isler after his talk.
