Clients come with a desire for change and willingness to take on a journey of self discovery. I support the client in entering this process in whatever way feels right for them. Individuals start by looking at family dynamics, life scripts and their personal thought process. I encourage clients to make deeper connections with their feelings as well as choices and impact on others. The task of my client is to uncover parts of themselves and to develop compassion for who they have been and who they are becoming.
