A Skeleton Key to Your Experience from a Jungian Perspective

Experience provides the raw data for our understanding. In this webinar, we will start with familiar personal experiences. We will explore these experiences – hang-ups, screw-ups, relationship entanglements, dreams, fantasies, aspirations – through the Jungian lens. Then we will connect these experiences to the Jungian concepts: Ego, Shadow, Anima/Animus, Individuation, Self, as well as adaptation, projection, complex, and archetype. Each term will be illustrated with experiences. Participants will have time to explore their lives to ground each concept individually. By the end of the program, participants will be able to use these Jungian terms in a more embodied, personal way.

1) Accurately describe personal experiences in terms of the familiar Jungian concepts;
2) Recognize projections and utilize them in the service of individuation;
3) Explain how fantasies and dreams contribute to a more comprehensive consciousness.
