Overview

What does it mean to live a vibrant, embodied life in our turbulent, challenging world? How can we rediscover the sacredness of our bodies and the Eros in everyday life? When we don’t listen to our bodies, we feel disconnected and lost in the world. Our loyal “soul-friend,” the body expresses its wisdom in each moment. This six-class Jung Platform course illuminates a pathway to sensing your body, and accessing your inner wisdom. Integrating Jungian Depth Psychology, Somatics, Dance/Movement Therapy, and creative arts therapies, we explore bodily experience in the process of healing and transformation, so vital to therapeutic practice, daily life, and the wellbeing of the planet. Through presentation, case examples, brief embodied explorations, and practical tools, this course can help reconnect us with deeper instinctual resources. Join us in learning how to recognize vital messages from our body and how to integrate lost parts of our soul through conscious embodiment.

Classes 1-5 are pre-recorded webinars, you will be able to access all pre-recorded classes at any time to prepare for the Live Q&A. (The live session will also be recorded in case you cannot make that time slot, though I encourage all to come if you can, as I’d love to e-meet you and hear your questions & experiences!). After your purchase, you will gain lifetime access to all webinars and materials in this course.
