Inner peace is not the absence of difficulty. It is the presence of inner truth, soulful listening, and unshakable awareness. This 14-day course on inner peace consists of daily 15-minute teachings. Each day explores a different doorway to peace. It will include guided reflections and invitations into deeper inner listening.
Each day includes a short pre-recorded video (about 15 minutes) to guide and support your practice. Every day offers:
- A quieting practice (breath awareness, mindfulness, or grounding)
- A teaching that explores core ideas with practical examples
- An exercise or reflection prompt to help integrate the day’s theme
