Overview

Adopting a Jungian perspective to your life can help you walk your own unique path in life. In this course, you will learn how your psyche provides hints and suggestions about where you need to go. By doing continuous shadow work you are consciously aware of your journey of becoming who you truly are. This course aims to support you in leading a deep and meaningful life with the help of Jungian Psychology.

The key topics that will be explored in this program are:

  • Individuation process: ego, Self, ego-Self axis
  • Shadow work and the body
  • Shadow in relationships:  projections and (counter)transference
  • Shadow work and complexes
  • Stories and fairy tales: archetypal patterns and motives
  • Dreamwork: finding meaning and answers in dreams
  • Conversing with images: guided imagination and active imagination
  • Meaningful living: honoring the Self’s wishes for personal development and synchronicity

Each class includes theory, and this is followed up with exercises. The variety of exercises will help you apply the theory to your own individuation process. Some you will do individually and some with others in break-out groups.

Note: We will meet for 1.5 hours. Given that the live classes also include exercises, we encourage your live participation. Please note that the recorded sessions might be shorter as the breakout group segments will be omitted.
