The Ohio Valley Association of Jungian Analysts was established and approved in August, 2001 as a member society of the International Association of Analytical Psychology (IAAP). The IAAP is the international professional society that certifies both Jungian analysts and Jungian analytical societies. The Ohio Valley Association of Jungian Analysts (OVAJA) is currently composed of seven Diplomate Jungian analysts residing within the Ohio Valley area.
Purpose:
The Ohio Valley Association of Jungian Analysts was founded to provide the opportunity to support one another in the ongoing process of individuation through further study, exploration, and application of Jungian psychology among themselves as well as within the larger psychotherapeutic community and the general public.
