An Introduction to Jung’s Theory of Complexes
Learn about this central Jungian concept and how complexes shape perception, behavior, and relationships, often outside conscious awareness. Through lecture and examples, participants will learn how complexes form, how they are triggered, and how they manifest somatically, emotionally, and interpersonally. Particular attention will be given to recognizing complex activation in everyday life and relationships.
