Conscious Eldering: Aging with Purpose and Passion
Explore the rich possibilities of choosing to age with purpose and passion, the challenges that accompany such a commitment, and some of the key practices that make a conscious elderhood possible.
This one-day workshop will be an experiential exploration of the spiritually empowering vision for aging known as Conscious Eldering. Through presentation of key conscious eldering concepts, ritual, sharing of inspirational poetry, times for reflection, and group sharing, the group will explore the rich possibilities of choosing to age with purpose and passion, the challenges that accompany such a commitment, and some of the key practices that make a conscious elderhood possible.
