Individuation; Finding and Following One’s Path

Carl Jung considered individuation as a goal of analytical psychology. He felt individuation was a process of differentiation and the development of the individual personality. This process allows an individual to become separate, unique, and connected to one’s own path. The aim is to become familiar with personal strengths and limitations and, at the same time, develop a deeper appreciation of humanity.
