“The sea is like music, it has all the dreams of the soul within itself and sounds them over”
– Carl Jung, letter to Emma Jung, September 1909
This conference marks the Centenary of Jung’s seminars in Cornwall at Sennen Cove (1920) and Polzeath (1923). The weekend will draw together presentations reflecting themes from Jung’s Cornwall seminars 100 years on. These will be complemented by a choice of workshops and creative events alongside great food and live music in a spectacular coastal setting, which honours Jung’s reverence of the sea.
The workshops offered are designed to integrate mind, body and place by providing interactive sessions ranging from small group activities to larger collective experiences. All will be led by experienced practitioners who have come together to share their skills for this celebration of Jung’s holistic vision.
As well as a specialist Psychotherapy Bookshop by Bookmark, Live Jazz and Food & Drink from local suppliers and producers, the event will provide additional opportunities for social and solo activities to enjoy in the beautiful venue and grounds.
