Symbol, Symptom & Songline

This two-part Workshop ventures into the larger domain of DEEPER CALLINGS… a program devoted to an Embodied Approach to Life Purpose Discovery in our perilous times.

The Neck and Throat hold a rich range of symbolic and symptomatic meanings related to finding our Voice. Inhibitions and blocks in expression and distortions in self-image can be held in historic neuromuscular patterns, and can be addressed through guided somatic education and imaginal processes.

We will enter this potent domain with respect and resolve… respect for the uniqueness of your nervous system and the life patterns you have developed; and resolve to confront whatever is preventing you from claiming and expressing your clear and bold Voice in the world. Deeper callings not only honor your body as an ally and trusty guide in your quest for greater meaning and purpose in your life, but also engages your body-mind and imagination in creative levels of self-inquiry, designed to reveal your true essence, core values, and unique gifts.
