The Shaman’s Heart

In this workshop participants will have the opportunity to experience guided imagery and rhythmic drumming as an introduction to shamanic journeying. In this process drumming is utilized to help shift one’s consciousness from everyday reality to a more internally focused dimension of consciousness, much like a dream state. In a state of deep relaxation and internal focusing, the shamanic journey serves as both a symbolic as well as a lived experience of internal knowledge, and spiritual guidance, with a focus on healing from within.
