You Are the Temple: A Dancing from the Deep Heart Workshop
Explore sacred movement through a gently facilitated experience of creativity and healing.
Dancing from the Deep Heart is a gently facilitated movement experience as well as a place to move at your own pace on your own path of creativity and healing. Drawing on qualities of the Sufi tradition and utilizing deeply embodied exploration, sessions are designed to support and nourish all levels of being. Luscious music, luxurious stretching, and connection with breath organically opens the way to personal movement flow and dance exploration. In companionship with others, each also absorbed in their own process.
