Begin At The Beginning: A Pilot Project To Read Jung’s Red Book

A 4-part series on Jung's Red Book, starting in June

The C.G. Jung Institute of Los Angeles is hosting an exciting four-part seminar series, Begin At The Beginning: A Pilot Project To Read Jung’s Red Book: Liber Novus, offering an immersive exploration of Carl Jung’s transformative The Red Book: Liber Novus.

Led by George Bright, this program explores the first half of Book One through four engaging sessions. Kicking off in June 2025 at the Institute’s location on West Pico Blvd in Los Angeles, with additional dates to follow in Winter/Spring 2025, participants can attend either in-person or via Zoom for $50 per session.

This unique series invites attendees to read The Red Book aloud, unpack its historical context, and reflect on its striking imagery, guided by Bright, an expert educated at Cambridge University and The London School of Economics. The seminars will explore Jung’s concepts like active imagination, archetypes, and the collective unconscious, revealing their personal and clinical significance. You can register for Part 1 below.
