ÖGAP’s The C.G. JUNG-FORUM e-Journal (12th Year, 2025) features six contributions exploring diverse concepts within Analytical Psychology. The issue opens with Anna Oberleitner’s “Wasser – Schütten: Die Symbolik einer dynamischen Geste beim Sandspiel” (Water – Pouring: The Symbolism of a Dynamic Gesture in Sandplay), an in-depth piece that examines how the simple act of pouring water onto sand functions as an archetypal, alchemical process, activating the patient’s psyche by facilitating the transformation of solid (Earth/Consciousness) to fluid (Water/Unconscious), referencing the alchemical stages of Solutio and Coagulatio as demonstrated through clinical examples. Natalia Serebrennikova contributes “In der Umarmung von Mondlicht und Feuer: Wenn die Schatten zum Tanz erwachen” (In the Embrace of Moonlight and Fire: When the Shadows Awaken for the Dance), while Angelika Litzlbauer explores “Das Mysterium von Wandlung als archetypische Phänomenologie in der Seele des Menschen” (The Mystery of Transformation as Archetypal Phenomenology in the Human Soul). A piece by Alexandra Kerner, titled “Synchronizität: Die Alchemie der Begegnung: Als Chronos den Sand der Zeit berührte” (Synchronicity: The Alchemy of Encounter: As Chronos Brushed the Sand of Time), investigates the intersection of synchronicity and alchemical themes in the analytic setting. Gerhard Burda offers a reflection, “GAZRAEL: Zur Divergenz und Konvergenz von Selbstbildungen” (GAZRAEL: On the Divergence and Convergence of Self-Formations), and the issue concludes with Tanja Pachmann’s review, “Die Seele: Versuch einer Reanimation” (The Soul: Attempt at a Reanimation), reviewing a book by Johanna Haberer. This issue reflects the journal’s mission to serve as an open forum for analytical psychology, featuring contributions from ÖGAP members and guests, with English translations provided for two articles in the Appendix (from page 90-122). On page 92, Alexandra Kerner presents Synchronicity: The Alchemy of Encounter and on page 116 Gerhard Burda presents Gazrael: On Divergence and Convergence of Self-Formations.
